Audit Senior

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Senior to join our expanding company and work with our teams at one of our three West Yorkshire offices in Halifax, Leeds and Wakefield.

Main Role Outlined

The role will be focussed on providing both internal and external audit services to both our UK and International audit clients. Subject to the candidates own preference, the role can be varied to include accounts preparation and corporate finance projects. The Candidate would need to be ACA/ACCA qualified with substantial experience as an Audit Associate or as an Audit Senior. Also, the candidate would need to have experience working with large scale audit projects.    

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to travel the world, you will be carrying out on site audits in over 20 countries so a willingness to travel is a must. In return we offer a generous salary with career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

We are keen to hear from you if you have relevant experience in any the following areas: -

  • Training in a professional accounting practise

Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator. 

 

As an Office Administrator you will have a varied role within the Company.  Your duties will include but not be limited to:

 

Data processing

Reception cover and incoming calls

Helping to maintain the electronic and paper filing system

Basic Bookkeeping

Health & Safety Assistance

General office upkeep

 

Individual requirements:

Have a good telephone manner

Be IT literate using the Mircosoft Suite, Excel and Word etc 

Accuracy and attention to detail

Health & Safety experience is not essential however a strong admin background would be advantageous

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm

Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a payroll administrator to work in our payroll department, helping to run weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 500 clients.

Main Role Outlined

The role will involve delivering a first class service to clients ensuring that payrolls are accurately prepared, checked and run within agreed timescales.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing with knowledge of the Sage package.  They will also have a good understanding of payroll legislation and Auto Enrolment provisions

IT Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Manager to join our expanding accountancy practice. 

Reporting directly to the managing partners, you will play a key role within the business heading up IT strategy and development. You must be comfortable dealing with staff, clients and key business stake holders alike.

You will be responsible for managing the IT staff but also expected to be quite ‘hands on’ when it comes to technical matters. This position also involves some marketing work. Due to the nature of this role you will sometimes be required to work outside of business hours. 

We are looking for someone with strong enterprise IT experience. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, firewalls.

  • Managing the backups, monitoring the success of backup routines and regularly testing to ensure they are valid.
