Sage Services
We are an established and accredited Sage Business Partner with direct access to an extensive range of Sage software.
We have developed a Sage team that can deal with all aspects of Sage software installation, training, implementation and support.
The most common objectives of installing Sage software are to assist with the day to day running of your business and to produce accurate financial information. We can not only assist you in implementing systems to ensure accurate and timely management accounts, but, because of our qualified accounting background we can help you analyse and understand your results.
Experience & Qualifications
The services provided by our Sage team are backed by "Sage Competence" certificates. The Sage certificates ensure that our training techniques and understanding of the Sage software are in line with Sage Guidelines and expectations. Our Sage team has over fifteen years of accountancy and Sage solutions based experience. Sage accreditation exams are also undertaken each year in order to maintain our knowledge of the software.
Demonstrations & Quotations
Software demonstrations can be provided free of charge at either yours or our premises. From the completion of simple checklists we can determine what software would best suit your business. Quotations for software, installation, training and support can be given after the initial visit, once your system requirements have been ascertained.
Installation & Implementation
Installation and set up costs are both included in our quotation. All software networking and package integration is undertaken by ourselves.
Training can be undertaken at either yours or our premises. A full description of the "basic" training is included within all of our quotations.
Software Support
Once your Sage software has been installed we can provide full support to give you peace of mind. We can provide telephone, email, onsite and even remote access support in order to resolve any issues efficiently.
Remote access
We can provide secure remote support to our clients in order to assist with selected Sage products via the internet (a broadband connection is required).
The online interface used by our support team to conduct remote support sessions is initiated via an email link or a PIN code provided by our support team (or sessions can be requested by our clients via the interface). A connection can usually be established within 30 seconds making it a very efficient way of providing support and it gives us the opportunity to demonstrate our proficiency on Sage whilst are clients are watching. The online interface also features a desktop only view, active chat, client session requests, file transfer options and a facility to record history and notes.
